Your Role
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will help us grow CAPTiX’s visibility and community across Europe. You’ll craft creative content, bring our technology stories to life, and support campaigns that position CAPTiX as a pioneer in scalable know-how transfer.
What You’ll Do
Develop and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn (videos, carousels, visuals, short posts)
Support storytelling around our product Aikando and its real-world impact
Monitor trends and propose fresh formats (reels, short clips, memes, mini case studies)
Contribute to blog articles, newsletters, and website updates
Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
Assist in campaign planning and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media
Fluent in English (French or Polish, is a plus)
Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills
Familiar with Figma tools
Passionate about technology, learning, or innovation
Proactive, curious, and eager to make an impact in a fast-moving environment

Franchised Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

We are a fast-growing European startup combining deep expertise in extended reality, automation, and digital transformation.
Your Role
As a Franchised Sales Representative, you open doors with refurbishers, manufacturers, and service operations, driving new revenue for CAPTiX. We provide a branded email address and ready-to-use marketing materials; you bring your network, hustle, and deal-closing skills.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify leads in target verticals (repair/refurb, manufacturing, logistics).
Run discovery, product intro, and coordinate demos with our team.
Own the pipeline to close: proposals, basic ROI framing, and handover to delivery.
Track activity and results; iterate messaging using our playbooks.
Represent CAPTiX at meetups/webinars (optional).
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, industry tech, XR/automation a plus).
Strong hunting mindset and crisp, value-led storytelling.
Existing network in operations/quality/training is a big advantage.
Fluent in English (FR/PL/DK are a plus).
Self-starter: you manage your time, territory, and outcomes.
Compensation (No Base Salary — High Deal Bonus)
Commission on conversion only; no fixed salary or retainer.
Attractive bonus structure designed to offset lack of salary:
20% commission on the first year contract value (ACV) for new logos.
Accelerator +5 pts (to 25%) on ACV once you exceed €50,000 new ACV in a quarter.
Minimum deal bonus floor: €1,000 per closed-won contract (whichever is higher).
Renewals/Upsells: 10% of incremental ACV within 12 months of initial close.
Examples (illustrative):
Deal at €15k ACV → €3,000 commission.
Quarter total €60k ACV (accelerator) → €15,000 commission (25%).
All amounts before taxes; final terms confirmed in the franchised rep agreement.
