The current list of sub-processors CAPTiX engages to provide the Products, and how we notify customers of changes.

Overview
This page lists the sub-processors that CAPTiX sp. z o.o. ("CAPTiX") currently engages to process personal data on behalf of its customers, as described in Section 8 of the CAPTiX Data Processing Terms (https://www.captix.eu/en/data-processing-terms). Customer's general authorisation for CAPTiX to engage these sub-processors, and Customer's right to object to a new one, are set out in that document.
Current sub-processors
- Supabase, Inc., or the applicable EU-region affiliate: hosts the customer and user database used for login, activation and day-to-day licence management. Location: European Economic Area (EEA).
- Scalingo SAS, 3 place de Haguenau, 67000 Strasbourg, France: hosts the server infrastructure that manages and verifies licence validity. Location: European Economic Area (EEA).
- Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland: maintains the VR headset operating system, including processing of anonymised diagnostic telemetry and logs to keep the hardware stable, and administration of non-personal system accounts. Location: global Meta infrastructure, transferred under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Authorised reseller and support partners
Where Customer's agreement is entered into through an authorised CAPTiX reseller, referred to as a Partner, that Partner may act as a Sub-processor solely to provide support in connection with the Products, as described in Section 8 of the Data Processing Terms. Partners are bound by confidentiality, role-based access control and logging obligations, and must return or delete Customer personal data on termination of their role.
Notice of changes
CAPTiX will give at least 14 days' notice of any new sub-processor, or any change to the sub-processors listed above, by updating this page and the entries below. Customers who wish to object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds may do so within that period by contacting privacy@captix.eu, as described in the Data Processing Terms.
